Yes, this training is only for lawyers in Australia. The training assumes a lot of background knowledge that is common to lawyers who work in Estates or Estate Planning, and therefore won't be valuable to anyone other than lawyers.
Not necessarily, some of the training events are valuable to all lawyers, like the training around costs and loss leaders in your business. Other training, like fixed costs in Probate under the NSW regime, are quite state specific.
Most of my trainings are $100 as a once off purchase. If you purchase the six month membership then for the next six months you will have access to all of the one hour, online trainings that I run, and you will also automatically get access to any past papers.
While I sell online courses for previous topics, because I know some of you want to get started right away, I also understand that some people prefer live learning. I re-run most topics and when I re-run it anyone who has purchased the online learning will be invited to attend for free.
